D-hydroxyphenylglycine (D-acid for short) is a heat sensitive and easily crystallizable material. Due to the outdated concentration and crystallization process of D-acid mother liquid, there is still a significant gap in the production and development of D-acid in China compared to developed countries, resulting in lower product yields and higher costs. The Double effect falling film heat pump evaporation crystallization process designed by our company uses a falling film evaporator and heat exchanger with a liquid distributor, a separation chamber with crystallization function, and heat pump technology under vacuum low-temperature evaporation conditions.
