In early April 2021, Hebei Jicheng New Materials Co., Ltd. officially started commissioning and trial production of 20000 tons of lithium salts (lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide) in the first phase. Our company conducted commissioning on the lithium hydroxide Mirabilite freezing crystallization system, and the commissioning process was smooth and stable. The first start-up was successful, and the sulfate ions in the freezing liquid met the design requirements. At the same time, the cooling capacity of the freezing liquid was fully recovered. The product meets the design requirements.

In late April 2021, Hebei Jicheng New Materials Phase II 30000 ton lithium salt (lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide) project officially launched bidding. Our company has successfully signed the general contract for the second phase of the Mirabilite freezing crystallization system through bidding. In the later design and equipment production of this project, we will draw on the successful experience of the first phase, Optimize the design and system, strive to continue reducing energy consumption, extend the equipment cleaning cycle, and ensure stable operation of the equipment.
